Greg Brenner is a partner at Kershaw & Anderson. Greg is an experienced trial attorney with his practice focused primarily on litigation.
Greg began his legal career in a varied litigation practice handling cases involving personal injury, real estate, probate, consumer law, commercial litigation and governmental liability. Since then, Greg has devoted his practice to personal injury defense with an emphasis in medical malpractice and health care related matters.
Greg has spent a considerable portion of his career representing physicians, nurses, hospitals, and other health care professions in defending professional negligence claims as well as navigating regulatory framework and defending allegations of breaches of HIPAA and other privacy statutes.
Greg has also represented many physicians and other health care providers in licensing matters before various Texas professional boards and in credentialing matters. Greg also continues to represent physicians and businesses in commercial and transactional matters.
Greg was recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer “Rising Star” by Thomson Reuters from 2009 to 2012 and has spoken on numerous litigation-related topics, including medical malpractice and discovery.
Greg was born and raised in Brenham, Texas. Greg has served as a youth basketball and soccer coach and taught elementary Sunday School in addition to serving on the church’s maintenance committee.
